1. Our Commitment to Quality

At InfinitePrint Business Inc, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom promotional products. Every item undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipment. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we're committed to resolving them promptly and fairly.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have the following refund guidelines:

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized Products: All personalized, printed, or embroidered items
  • Special Orders: Products made to specific specifications
  • Clearance/Discounted Items: Items sold at a discount
  • Digital Products: Design files, digital proofs, or templates

Eligible for Refund

  • Standard Products: Non-customized items in original condition
  • Damaged Goods: Items received damaged or defective
  • Shipping Errors: Wrong items shipped (our error)

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Non-customized items only

Important: Custom products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email service@infiniteprintbusiness.net or call (626) 888-6933 within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: We'll provide return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Items: Return items using the provided shipping label (customer pays return shipping unless it's our error)
  5. Inspection: We'll inspect the returned items upon receipt (2-3 business days)
  6. Resolution: We'll process your refund or replacement once inspection is complete

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • Include your order number and item details
  • We will arrange for replacement at no cost to you
  • You may be asked to return the damaged items (we'll provide prepaid shipping)

Note: Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to manufacturing processes are not considered defects.

6. Wrong Items Shipped

If you receive the wrong items:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • We'll arrange for correct items to be shipped
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect items
  • No additional charges for the correction

7. Refund Methods and Timing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
  • Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement after processing
  • Store Credit: Option available for future purchases (instant issuance)

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Customer Error: Customer pays return shipping
  • Our Error: We cover all shipping costs (damaged, wrong items, defects)
  • Original Shipping: Not refundable unless it's our error

9. Custom Design and Proof Approval

Important notes for custom orders:

  • Digital proofs must be approved before production begins
  • Once approved, changes cannot be made without additional fees
  • Approved designs are considered final - no refunds for design changes after approval
  • Color variations between digital proof and final product may occur due to printing processes

10. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is available under these conditions:

  • Before Production: 100% refund if cancelled before production begins
  • During Production: 50% refund if cancelled during production
  • After Production: No refunds after production is complete
  • Rush Orders: Non-cancellable once placed

11. Bulk Order Considerations

For orders of 50+ units:

  • Production samples may be required before full production
  • Sample approval is required before mass production
  • Once production begins, no cancellations or changes allowed
  • Quality checks are performed on a percentage of the order, not every unit

Important: This policy applies to all purchases made on or after January 19, 2026.
